1 Pétition + 1 Mail: Boycottez les Jeux Olympiques d'Hiver 2010 au Canada !!!
Tous les yeux sont rivés sur le Canada alors qu'il se prépare à accueillir les Jeux Olympiques d'Hiver 2010.
Là encore, le Comité olympique a choisi un pays où les animaux innocents sont dépecés vivants pour leur fourrure !
Chaque année, des centaines de milliers de bébés phoques sont abattus sur les champs de glaces au large de la côte Est du Canada pour leur peau. Plus de 95% des phoques tués au cours de cette chasse ont à peine quelques jours ou semaines.
Si vous aviez été témoin de cette cruauté personnellement, votre cœur se briserait. Des phoques nouveaux-nés sont dépouillés ou saignés vivants ... matraqués à mort ... ou abattus et blessés et abandonnés à mourir sous la glace.
Au cours des trois dernières années, près d'un million de bébés phoques ont été matraqués ou abattus. C'est choquant, la chasse est subventionnée par le gouvernement canadien !
S'il vous plaît aidez-nous à montrer au gouvernement canadien que le reste du monde n'aura plus à attendre de cette chasse inexcusable et insensée.
Demandez aux organisateurs des Jeux olympiques de Vancouver de dire à leur gouvernement de stopper le massacre des phoques.
Vous pouvez boycotter les Jeux olympiques en:
-ne les regardant pas à la télévision, ne les fréquentant pas
-ne visitant pas le Canada
-boycottant les produits de la mer canadiens et le sirop d'érable
-Envoyant des emails au Comité d'organisation olympique
-Envoyant des courriels au Premier Ministre canadien Stephen Harper
-Rejoignant le boycott avec vos amis
-informant les autres personnes avec des prospectus

Dear Mr. Prime Minister Stephen Harper,
We, citizens of the world, writing to express our condemnation of the commercial seal hunt. We also writing to notify you that we will be boycotting the olympic Games in Canada 2010, we will boycotting canadian Seafood because the seal hunt went forward this Spring. We will support the canadian seafood boycott for as long as it takes to end the commercial seal hunt and will encourage People all over the World, also our Friends and Family to do the same.
People all over the World protest against the Seal Hunt, they will not longer accept this Massacre.
Each Year hundreds of thousands of Baby harp seals are slaughtered on the Ice Fields off Canadas East Coast for their Pelts. 95% off the Seals killed during this Hunt are just Days or Weeks old.
Baby seals stand no chance against club-wielding trappers, and they must look on as fellow pups are bludgeoned to death before meeting the same bloody fate. The anguish that a mother seal feels as she watches her baby being beaten to death just a few feet away from her is horrifying and can be heard in her desperate cries and seen in her attempts to get to her baby.
If you were to witness this Cruelty personaly your Heart would break.
Shockingly, the Hunt subsidized by the canadian Government!
The 2009 seal slaughter has ended. But we dont stop fighting untill the Seal Hunt ends forever.
It is absolutely unacceptable that the federal Gevernment of Canada continues to encourage the decimation of a wildlife population that is beloved by people all over the World.
We demand that you act according to the will of the majority of Canadian People. End this cruel and unsustainable hunt for harp and hooded seals permanently. Untill you do , we will boycott the 2010 Winter Olympics . And will boycott canadian Seafood whenever we shop or eat out.
